Term Two - The Beginning

Monday, 17th March 2008

Dreaded the 6 o' clock alarm.

Had chemistry test. First thing in the morning. Gonna fail.
Had chemistry lecture then. One hour plus. Boring. Total time on chem so far = 3 CONSECUTIVE periods.

You talking about PE? Haha, Mr. Soh said, "Today we take height and weight."
Everyone was shorten by 2cm. That's what we all learnt during the 60 minutes.

Chem tutorial up next. The whole 60 minutes was on SPA. Knew nothing new. Total time on chem = 5 periods. Wow. I survived.

Physics prac now. Another 3 long periods. And Kishen admitted his happiness to be a virgin for God knows what reason. Not bad, at least a recap was done. (Surprise class test, I mean)

Expected to have Moral Education. But was taken away by Physics. So ended up having 2 hrs back-to-back tutorial. And yep SAJC has Civics and Moral Ed as two separate stuff.

Tuesday, 18th March 2008

The day did not start great.
PE was supposedly fun. SUPPOSEDLY. In the end, sprained an ankle after a 200 metre sprint, and a 0-6 thrashing in captain's ball (my team got thrashed).

Chemistry lecture straight away. Boring as usual. Dozed off quite a number of times.

GP was next. Kishen loves it. Signed a contract to behave well during lessons. Didn't even bother to read it properly before I signed.

Physics tutorial again. Found out that the tutor is actually a strict person. A lady of principles, I must admit.

Econs tutorial. Tutor's from Cat High and TJ. OMG.
And Phearum leaked the secret...

Received the questions for PW: Journeys and Modernisation. What to choose?

Had Math lecture for the first time. The lecturer taught us a Chinese word which is supposedly vulgar. Apparently the PRC scholars didn't know how to even pronounce that word. Oh and for the rest of lecture? Everyone's sleeping.

GP tutorial. Dixon had to stand for 10 minutes (5+5) 'cos he's sleepy.

PW tutorial - Did some brainstorming. Dr William Tan or Chairman Mao? NEWater or IR?

Physics tutorial then. And we started to feel her cold aura.

1st Math tutorial. And he didn't quite manage to earn our respect (I think). He had problems himself when it comes to doing our tutorials.

Guitar ensemble was not as fun as expected. But fair enough, I shall try. Borrowed a guitar from school. Apparently it's the guitar specially made for presidents of previous batches. Must be valuable.

Math tutorial - Boring and nothing else.

Physics tutorial was okay. Learnt (or rather recapped) dynamics. And she suggested us (me and Phearum) to join the Students' Council. So now what? SC or HC?

Was late for Math lecture, thanks to her attempt to persuade us to join SC. The lecturer was basically teaching what I already have learnt so didn't pay much attention. Nothing much to take note.

Econs tutorial was the time we see the dark side of the tutor. He didn't really scream and shout, but the way he delivered his dissatisfaction was cold. Cold enough to feel his fire within. Okay maybe not to that extreme but he's obviously not pleased. Had a dreadful hour with him.

And now I'm still thinking.
Initially it was Guitar Ensemble, Interact Club and House Council.
Now Interact Club is out of consideration since it clashes with GE.
But now Students' Council popped in.

Dilemma. SC or HC?
